Results Based Facilitation 101 Training

Results Based Facilitation (RBF) 101 is a two day in-person workshop focused on helping people design and lead meetings that help lead teams to move from talk to action. It’s based on the curriculum designed by the Annie E. Casey Foundation and covers the first four competencies:
Holding Roles: Be aware of and make choices about roles that contribute to achieving results
Hold Conversations: Listen with openness, curiosity, and attentiveness to frame dialogues that achieve meeting results
Hold Groups: Support groups in having focused conversations
Hold 3R Meetings: Use the 3R framework to design and facilitate meetings
This interactive workshop creates opportunities for participants to learn key skills and then apply them via enactments where they walk through an upcoming meeting. During that enactment, the participants will get live coaching. They will also be supported via use of a self-assessment tool which helps participants create individualized learning plans.
We offer a full refund for registrants who cancel at least 7 days prior to the event start date. In the event that you register and do not attend, you are still responsible for full payment. You can request a refund by emailing laurenk@impacttulsa.com.
We allow registration to be transferred to a different attendee up to 7 days prior to the event. To request a registration transfer, email laurenk@impacttulsa.com.
We do not provide credits. We do not provide refunds if you do not attend a course/workshop and do not request a refund within the policy listed above.
