Housing Solutions Tulsa, Terence Crutcher Foundation and ImpactTulsa are partnering to co-host a conversation focused on the realities of infusing community power and lived experience into nonprofit work streams. The purpose is to help organizations work to shift power to the community by exploring the necessity and reality of pouring in community power into decision-making to ensure services are in tune with community needs.

The session will consist of a panel of nonprofit leaders who share how they have approached integrating community power and lived experience in ways that are both meaningful and sustainable. Participants will then have the opportunity to engage in small group discussion to share ideas, troubleshoot challenges, and exchange resources related to successful integration of community power.
