RBF 101 is a two day in-person workshop focuses on helping people design and lead meetings that help lead teams to move from talk to action. It covers the first four competencies of RBF: Holding Roles, Holding Conversations, Holding Groups and Holding 3R Meetings.

This interactive workshop creates opportunities for participants to learn key skills and then apply them via enactments where they will facilitate an upcoming meeting. During that enactment, the participants will get live coaching. They will also be supported via use of a self-assessment tool which helps participants create individualized learning plans. The content for 101 spans both days so it’s important that participants plan to attend both days.

February 8 & 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day. Includes working lunches.
$40 per person, scholarships are available if needed.
